Instructions to participate in Virtual Career Fair on July 15, 2022
1.Homepage
On the homepage, you will see the Join the meeting button to participate in the Fair displayed, along with some basic information about the Fair and a question box.
2. Event Agenda
Each employer will have a certain time frame to live, each time frame is 30 minutes. During those 30 minutes, candidates can join a private chat room, each room only attended by the employer and the participating candidates.

In this section, you will find all the vacancies that will be discussed at the Fair. Hurry up to apply for these jobs as they are only available for 5 days from opening!

4. Recruiter profiles
Here, teachers will learn more about employers participating in the seminar, from the positions they recruit, information about the organization, images of facilities, staff, philosophies about work. , etc.
Each employer will have its own Zoom room, in the order shown in the Event Agenda. Each chat room has its own link. These links are updated in the list of employers with their live hours. Go to Recruiter Profiles, and choose an employer you want to see, and click “Join The Meeting”

6.During the Fair instruction
6.1. Expert sharing session:
From 9:00-9:30 is the time frame for a legal expert from EIV Education to speak and answer questions about the opportunities in the current job market of Vietnam’s education sector. Candidates participate to ask questions and get answered directly.
From 13:00-13:30: VTJ experts proceed to answer questions about procedures related to work permits, visas, other documents, and entry.
6.2. At the end of the expert sharing session
The candidates can wait until the live time frame of the employer they want to meet. Candidates are encouraged to visit as many employers as possible to optimize the chance of finding a suitable position.
